As a globally active company, the fischer Group relies on a balanced supplier portfolio on the international procurement markets. The worldwide requirements in the area of fastening systems and fishing technology are bundled via the Lead Buyer organisation and optimally allocated in the international Lead Buying team.
We maintain a conservative use of resources and long-term cooperation with our external partners on an equal footing in order to secure and permanently guarantee the sustainability of our company. We select our partners conscientiously according to a holistic approach and evaluate them based on the aspects of people, safety, quality and the environment. Here, it is important to define, live and maintain a respectful, valuable and economical approach.
