About fischer
The name fischer stands for anchors and construction modules as well as for components in car interiors, process consulting and electronic systems. The claim “innovative solutions” reflects the aspiration for the employees of the fischer Group to offer customers the best solution and the best product. Comprehensive initiatives in the areas of education, health and social affairs set standards in the personal development of employees and for future generations. While the company now generates around 75 percent of its sales outside Germany, the strong roots of the Fischer family and many employees in the native Black Forest form the basis for global growth and innovative solutions.

Inspire people to create space for independent entrepreneurial thinking and action, and give them the values and tools they need to do so. These are the key factors for the success of the family-owned company based in Waldachtal-Tumlingen, about 70 kilometres southwest of Stuttgart in the North Black Forest. The owner, chairman of the holding company and chairman of the advisory board of the company founded in 1948 is Prof. Klaus Fischer. Andreas Voll is Chairman of the Management Board of the Group.
As early as 1987, the corporate values were developed together with the employees and summarised in the fischer mission statement. It defines the corporate goal and the values of the fischer Group, which still apply to everyone in the company today: innovative, responsible and serious. The Group works worldwide in a result-oriented manner to benefit customers and users. The focus is on avoiding waste and increasing value creation.

The fischer ProcessSystem was born out of the mission statement and the philosophy of the Japanese KAIZEN, the continuous change for the better. “Open to new things, ready for change, flexible and fast are the foundations of a successful future,” says Prof. Klaus Fischer says: "Employees know best what works and what doesn't at their workplace. They drive our business forward by thinking every day about what we can do better today than yesterday." This is how they shape the continuous improvement they demand.
