The fischertechnik division can look back on an extremely successful participation at this year’s Hannover Messe. At the joint stand of the State of Baden-Württemberg, colleagues presented the innovative fischertechnik factory simulation, Agile Production Simulation, and were able to establish numerous high-quality contacts.

The fischertechnik Agile Production Simulation was positioned directly at the busy stand entrance. The system illustrates key industrial processes in a compact space – including quality assurance using artificial intelligence, the functioning of driverless transport systems and other automated processes.

The prominent placement ensured high visibility and attracted great interest from trade fair visitors. In addition to IT companies using the models as demonstrators, industrial firms and international universities also showed great interest in the potential applications in simulation, training and education.

Another focus was on international exchange: the fischertechnik team regularly welcomed delegations from various countries to the stand. Representatives from and from universities, industry and associations in India, Thailand, Japan, Canada, the USA and several African countries took the opportunity to engage in dialogue. There was also political interest: the future Minister-President of Baden-Württemberg, Cem Özdemir, also visited the stand to find out more about fischertechnik’s solutions.

In addition to its own stand, fischertechnik was also represented at partner companies. Several companies successfully used the systems as demonstrators, thereby contributing to greater visibility. 

A particular highlight was the Baden-Württemberg Evening, which brought together around 350 invited guests. Alongside the presentation of the models and an interactive starter kit, a high-profile panel discussion featuring representatives from business and academia provided further inspiration.

With this successful trade fair appearance, fischertechnik underlines its role as an innovative partner for industry, education and research.
