The fischer Group of Companies’ subsidiary in India has once again been recognized as a Great Place To Work® Certified™ organization by the renowned institute of the same name, achieving the prestigious recognition for the fourth consecutive year. This means that the Indian subsidiary of the fixing expert can continue to call itself a Great Place To Work®.
The Great Place To Work® certification recognises companies that create a particularly trusting and attractive workplace culture. This is based on feedback from employees to the Great Place to Work institute. The feedback reflects how the employees actually experience their day-to-day work and collaboration within the company. Against this backdrop, the certification is indicative of the strong people-first culture that fischer India has consistently nurtured and strengthened over the years, reflecting the subsidiary’s continued commitment to creating a workplace founded on fairness, teamwork, transparency, and continuous growth.
“We are extremely proud to be recognized as a Great Place To Work® Certified™ organization for the fourth consecutive year. This achievement is much more than a certification – it is a reflection of the culture of trust, respect, collaboration, and belonging that our people have built together at fischer India”, Mayank Kalra, Managing Director of fischer India, emphasizes.
At fischer, long-term success begins with empowered people. “Through initiatives such as the Talent Assessment Centre (TAC), the Talent Development Centre (TDC), Product Competence Trainings, and Leadership Development Programs under the fischer India Academy, we continue to invest in learning, capability building, and leadership development across the organization”, Mayank Kalra says, adding: “This recognition reaffirms our commitment to creating an environment where every employee feels valued, heard, inspired, and proud to contribute to our company’s success. It also reflects the broader vision of the fischer Group of Companies: to continuously develop people, strengthen leadership, and build a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.”
The Managing Director gives thanks to fischer India’s employees, its leadership team, the board members, as well as to fischer India’s customers and partners for their trust and support: “This achievement belongs to every individual who contributes with passion, commitment, and heart every single day. Together, we are not only building a successful business – we are building a workplace and culture that people are proud to be part of.”
The continued success of fischer India stands as a strong example of how investing in people and culture creates not only stronger teams and better workplaces, but also growth, innovation and long-term customer trust.
