fischer showcased its innovations at the International Hardware Fair in Cologne from 3 to 6 March with a successful double presence in Hall 11.1: on the DIY Boulevard at stand E-019 and at its own stand E-018 directly opposite. Numerous visitors took the opportunity to engage in personal discussions with the fischer team and learn more about the company’s product and POS innovations.

New dowel product impresses on the international stage
The new fischer HybridPower plug attracted particular attention. It combines the safety of a steel anchor with the ease of installation and flexibility of a plastic plug. Its advantages – effortless handling, high load-bearing capacity, permanently reliable security and versatile application possibilities in almost all solid and hollow building materials, even in the event of fire – were very well received. The comprehensive marketing package for the physical and digital POS, with which the company supports its retail partners in introducing HybridPower, was also very well received. An eye-catching product presentation with secondary placements and specially designed promotional packaging generates strong purchasing impulses in stores, while standard multimedia and campaign materials generate leads via digital channels. The key visual featuring fischer brand ambassador Niklas Kaul, the youngest world champion in the decathlon, attracts attention. Marketing campaigns also promote sales.
New screw products in the spotlight
Visitors also focused on fischer's new screw products. The range includes various timber construction, special-purpose, drywall and stainless steel screws for all applications for professionals and DIY enthusiasts. A clear colour guidance system on the packaging and at the POS now makes it even easier to find what you are looking for in the stores. Extensive POS support – including displays, secondary placements, shelf talkers, shelf stoppers and monitors – ensures a sales-boosting presentation of screws. The fischer DIY app supports DIY enthusiasts in their projects, supplemented by product range brochures and a comprehensive catalogue. In campaigns, fischer brand ambassador Jürgen Klopp presents the screws in an authentic and relatable way. fischer retail partners benefit from the possible uses of the material.
Wide range of topics for a large audience
Newly designed Meister-Boxen, L-Boxxen and EasyDIY Boxen impressed with their high-quality contents, tailored to different customer requirements. The clear design makes it easier for DIY enthusiasts, professional craftsmen and creative hobbyists to select the right box for their fixing task. Visitors also learned about fischer installation systems and fixing solutions for the residential construction sector for the secure fastening of lightweight pipes, ventilation ducts or cable trays – with technical features for very safe, efficient and convenient installation.
