International media days with DUOPOWER and an Olympic winner

The fischer Group of Companies is successfully establishing its international media days as part of its internationalisation strategy. A delegation from Brazil and Portugal visited fischer from the 3rd until the 7th July. The journalists write for renowned specialist magazines and public media in their countries. The three-time Olympic medallist and fischer brand ambassador Michael Jung played a significant role in the event.

755 million Euro in revenue – fischer continues to grow

The group of companies recorded a significant growth in revenue of plus 6.2 percent in the 2016 financial year. Revenue reached 769 million Euro on a currency-adjusted basis. The internationalization strategy is being continued. fischer is able to boast a training ratio of nine percent, thereby training a disproportionately high number of apprentices. A revenue of over 800 million Euro is predicted for the current financial year.

fischer takes a share in LNT Automation

The fischer group of companies is increasing its activity in the field of electronic assembly with the absorption of LNT Automation GmbH. The company is an expert in the areas of development, production and delivery of electronic systems. The latter are playing an increasingly important role in the fischer divisions of fischer automotive systems and fischertechnik as well as in the building industry. For LNT, the absorption offers many promising opportunities for growth. fischer is taking over 90 percent of LNT. The company will remain independent within the fischer group of companies.
