Jürgen Klopp is fischer's new Brand Ambassador, returning to his home

The long-term collaboration between the successful coach and fischer will commence on 1 January 2023. One of the most recognisable faces of the world of football is thereby returning to his roots, as Jürgen Klopp grew up near fischer’s headquarters. His father worked for the family business from Waldachtal in the Northern Black Forest for almost 35 years. The new partnership brings the story to a full circle.

The company’s in-house ‘fischer Highlights’ podcast has been presented with a German Brand Award. The successful audio series by the fischer Group of Companies is released once a month on every podcast platform and contains many interesting aspects of the economy, politics and society surrounding the world market leader. A special exhibition on plastic is providing food for thought and encouraging discussion, which is why the Group of Companies is participating in the ‘Plastic: Remaking our World’ exhibition at the internationally renowned Vitra Design Museum in Weil am Rhein, Germany. fischer is the main sponsor and also features in the exhibition. fischer turnover grows to almost one billion euro in 2021

The fischer Group of Companies ended the 2021 financial year with great success. With a gross turnover of 988 million euro, the family business from Waldachtal in the northern Black Forest exceeded the previous year’s figures, reaching a record high with a turnover of almost one billion euro. At the same time, the company continued to increase its independence from the negative global influences of the Coronavirus crisis with its growth strategy. In total, fischer employs more than 5,400 members of staff, 200 more than in 2020.
