27 top athletes from nine nations will form the fischer Group’s team for the new ski jumping season. Their ski jumping skis will feature the fischer logo and an image of the fischer DuoPower universal wall plug. 

The fischer Group’s team brings together many of the most successful names in ski jumping today: Karl Geiger from Germany, Johan Andre Forfang from Norway, Jan Hörl from Austria, and the two Poles Dawid Kubacki and Piotr Żyła, who together have won an incredible 57 medals at the Olympic Games and World Championships, as well as 39 individual World Cup victories.
This top-class line-up is complemented by other young athletes who have broken into the world elite over the past year: Ski Flying World Champion Ren Nikaido from Japan, Jonas Schuster from Austria and Kristoffer Eriksen Sundal from Norway. 

The women’s team also boasts outstanding athletes: Norway’s Silje Opseth, a successful World Championship medallist, has made a name for herself as a specialist on the large ski jumps. Her compatriot Anna Odine Strøm, with nine World Championship medals to her name so far – including two golds – is also one of the standout athletes on the Norwegian team. Agnes Reisch, with a personal best of 208.5 metres, and team World Champion Luisa Görlich are among the German team’s leading figures. 

Targeted support for young talent until 2030
A key focus of the long-term partnership between fischer and Fischer Sports is the sustainable development of young talent, with the aim of providing seamless support for athletes’ sporting development from grassroots level right through to world-class status. The international junior squad includes, amongst others, the German talents Finn Braun, Lasse Deimel and Anna-Fey Scharfenberg, the Swiss athletes Remo Imhof and Felix Trunz, and the American Tate Frantz.

Season highlights and an innovative sponsorship concept
The World Cup season kicks off on 21 November 2026 in Lillehammer, Norway. Sporting highlights include the Four Hills Tournament at the turn of the year and the Nordic World Championships in Falun, Sweden, in February and March 2027.

The athletes will be competing in the World Cup with a novel sponsorship approach: alongside the brand logo, the fischer DuoPower universal wall plug is featured on their skis. 

Through its involvement in ski jumping, the fischer Group brings together two worlds that have much in common: enthusiasm, precision, innovative strength and the drive to achieve excellence. As an internationally popular winter sport, ski jumping provides a grand stage to inspire people across national borders.
