It’s showtime! Screw plays leading role in action film

The new video by the fischer Group of Companies shows that all kinds of fixing tasks can be mastered with the PowerFast II chipboard screw and a bit of skill. Anyone who wants to try it out for themselves can do so at test stations from April onwards.

Straight to the point with glass façades

First a brewery, now an art gallery: The KINDL – Centre for Contemporary Art achieved this transformation in Berlin’s Neukölln district. Its original industrial charm was ingeniously incorporated into a modern overall design. The stairway made of glass and exposed concrete on the east side of the museum is an eyecatching feature that adds a futuristic component to the brick building. The extension transitions into a transparent foyer that extends in front of the red-brick external wall. Modern façade technology made this special effect possible while providing security to the new entrance area.

Lasting safety for generations

fischer has launched the market’s first universal injection mortar with an evaluated service life (ETA) of 100 years in concrete with the FIS V Plus. In addition to a long service life, the latest generation of fischer’s universal mortars increases the bond strength in concrete by up to 45 per cent, providing the highest level of safety for an entire century.
