A new build combining sustainability and style

The EUREF-Campus 23-24 building has been built in Berlin-Schöneberg and is being used as the headquarters of the energy supplier GASAG AG. The new build was designed to a very high energy standard. Its rear-ventilated rainscreen facade meets the project’s high sustainability requirements. fischer/BWM fixing and substructure solutions securely anchor the aluminium panels in the substrate that clads the modern building envelope.

A firm hold for sixties facade

The city of Göttingen is currently carrying out a compre-hensive renovation of its civic hall. The existing ceramic tiles mortared or mechanically fastened to the building are being carefully dismantled before being reused on the rear-ventilated facade. Damaged or missing tiles are being replaced by new ones. The building envelope can be efficiently and securely fastened and preserved for the future thanks to the fischer BWM all-in-one system for rear-ventilated facades. The substructure solution suitable for the project is being supplied from a single source by fischer together with the right undercut anchors and frame fixings.

Facade technology makes history

Substructures and approximately 8,000 FZP undercut anchors by fischer BWM were used during the renovations of an important war memorial in Honolulu. BWM Dübel- und Montagetechnik GmbH has been part of the fischer Group of Companies from the northern Black Forest since 14th March 2018.

A project partner for tunnel construction

The fischer Group of Companies will be presenting a selection of fixing and system solutions and services for tunnel construction projects at the World Tunnel Congress in Athens from 15 to 18 May.
