Three cable car models can be built with the fischertechnik Cable Car construction kit. The six-metre-long ropes contained in the set allow vast distances and heights to be covered from the comfort of your home. The accompanying vacuum pads allow the cable cars to be attached anywhere: to the shelf, the wardrobe or the window sill. 

The road to cable car joy is simple: Once the cabins have been assembled, they are attached to the support rope mounted over a wheel. Moveable tension weights ensure the rope is consistently tightened, keeping the structure balanced. The cable car is powered with a crank through a rope sheave. And so the gondolas move at a lofty height through your home in no time.

The accompanying playing figure called fischertechNik provides an added lively play element. The construction kit is suitable for children aged seven and up.
