You can use our job search to find a suitable position based on various criteria. By clicking on the “Apply now” button, you will be redirected to our external application system.

You have various options for submitting your application: 1. You upload your CV and the parsing function automatically fills in some fields. 2. You can apply through your Smartrecruiters profile. 3. You enter your data manually.

You will receive confirmation of receipt of your application within a few minutes. With the confirmation of receipt, you will receive a link with which you can create a candidate profile or log in with the existing data. In the next step, your application will be viewed by the responsible recruiter. Depending on the position you have applied for, it will take about two to three weeks for us to get back to you.

Your application convinced us and we would like to get to know you personally! The application and selection process at fischer generally consists of two interviews. Initial meeting: The first meeting is primarily about the mutual exchange of information at the partnership level in the sense of our mission statement. Second interview: The shortest candidates are usually invited to a second interview, in which topics from the initial interview are examined in more detail and supplementary topics relating to the employment relationship are discussed.
