fischertechnik’s Training Factories explain the processes of a smart factory. Equipped with sensors and connected to a cloud, the core themes of digital, connected production can be physically visualised and tangibly demonstrated. fischertechnik will be exhibiting its cloud-connected Training Factories at the SPS trade fair in Nuremberg from 8 to 10 November in hall 4, booth number 155.

The Training Factories by fischertechnik can be used to simulate and explain Industry 4.0 applications. Modelling the detailed processes of a futuristic factory provides an in-depth understanding of digital transformation processes. This makes the fischertechnik Training Factories the method of choice for explaining mechatronics production processes and learning PLC programming in technical training programmes. 

Each fischertechnik training and simulation model comes fully assembled. Thanks to their compact size and assembly on a sturdy base panel, they are easy to transport and can be used at vocational schools, universities and training companies as well as at trade fairs or events for demonstration purposes. 

fischertechnik has high demands in terms of quality and sustainability, and the made in Germany construction kit manufacturer also highly values data security. The cloud servers are located in Germany, ensuring that the data is stored in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Personal information is stored in a password-protected account that uses the high-security OAuth2 industry standard. Data security is also a priority when transferring data to the cloud, as all data is sent by certificate-based encryption.
