Light, functional and almost invisible

fischer automotive in the vehicle interior of the XPeng P7

Compared to Germany, there are more than twice as different electric vehicles in China as a McKinsey study shows. One of the particularly successful suppliers is Xiaopeng Motors from Guangzhou. In the new, powerful XPeng P7 electric car, particular emphasis is placed on lightweight, attractive yet functional parts for the interior. Some of the kinematic components in the simple but ultra-modern interior come from fischer automotive.
XPeng is pursuing ambitious goals with its new e-mobile: The all-rounder is able to take up power for 120 kilometers in 10 minutes and drive up to 706 kilometers on a fully charged battery. In addition, the limousine has the autonomous vehicle level 3. The Chinese population can also enjoy an automatic connection to the Alibaba online shopping platform. This means that nothing stands in the way of a shopping trip during the car journey.

In the modern cockpit of the car, a slim, intelligently designed air vent ensures a good indoor climate. They enable various ventilation concepts and connection to various components. The air flow can be crossed, angled or straight, depending on the wishes of the occupants. These are displayed on a large screen, which is operated by voice input. The development and design of the high-quality parts are made by fischer automotive in China.

The fully automatic covers of the charging sockets on the car also come from the renowned supplier. Due to its sophisti-cated functionality and discreet design, the cover is almost invisible from the outside. The cover can be operated by key, voice input or via the vehicle controls in the cockpit. Each car contains a charging station on the left and right side – one large and one small battery with different charging speeds.

fischer automotive China has been producing high-quality kinematic components for the major car manufacturers in the People's Republic since 1996. The company with its headquarters in southern Germany has a high level of manufacturing competence in plastics processing – and this with a long tradition: fischer automotive is part of the fischer group of companies which includes the world-famous fixing systems. Due to its continuous success, fischer automotive moved into a new 8,500 square metre building near Shanghai in spring 2018.
